This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit arisinglegacy.com, purchase the course or contact Arising Legacy.

Information and its use

When you contact us or purchase the course, the information you provide can include your name, email address, order details and messages. We use this information to answer you, administer purchases and refunds, and send purchase and course-access communications.

Website hosting and checkout services may process technical information, including your IP address, browser and device information, for delivery, security and operation of their services.

Checkout and service providers

The course checkout and course delivery use Kajabi. Payment details are submitted to the checkout’s payment services. Hosting, payment and email providers process information needed to perform their services. Their processing may take place outside Québec or Canada.

The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and some images from Kajabi. Loading these resources sends technical requests to those providers. Links to other websites are subject to those websites’ privacy practices.

Optional advertising measurement

If you accept marketing cookies, Meta Pixel sends page-view events and technical information such as browser identifiers, page URLs and IP address to Meta for advertising measurement and attribution. Our website does not send names, email addresses or form responses through this integration. Meta may associate the information with your Meta account and process it outside Québec or Canada. Email communications

Purchase confirmations and access information relate to your order. Marketing communications are separate and subject to applicable consent requirements. You can use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or contact us about your preferences.

Retention and your requests

Order and correspondence records are kept for the purposes for which they were collected and applicable business and legal recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access to or correction of your information, to withdraw consent where applicable, or to ask about deletion. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
