Refund Policy

Full refunds are available for requests received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 10, 2026.

How to request a refund

Email connect@arisinglegacy.com with the email address used for your purchase and your order number. Please do not send card numbers or payment credentials.

How refunds are returned

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We aim to process refund requests within five business days of receiving them, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.

If we cancel or cannot deliver the course

If Arising Legacy cancels the course or cannot deliver it as promised, we will offer a full refund. If the release is delayed, we will notify you and offer the choice of waiting for the revised release date or receiving a full refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
